VEHICLE HIRE

Blighty Film owns and operates a series of historic vehicles which are available to hire for your production. Every vehicle has been meticulously restored to the highest standards and are maintained in fully working order. Our vehicles span the entire period of 1939-1979, varying between cars, motorcycles, and trucks.

1940 BEDFORD MW

This vehicle has recently undergone an extensive 5 year restoration, every detail of an early WWII period lorry has been painstakingly replicated to be correct for those used by the British Expeditionary Force in France in 1940. The lorry can carry either British Army markings or alternatively those of the RAF as used during the Battle of Britain.

FORD/WILLYS 'JEEP'

Blighty Film currently owns two jeeps: a 1943 Willys MB and a 1942 Ford GPW. Both of these jeeps have been restored to a very high standard by ourselves. Both vehicles can be supplied in a number of guises including United States Army, Army Air Force, British Army, and Royal Air Force.

1939 AUSTIN 10 MILITARY SALOON

Another vehicle extensively restored by ourselves to meet exact early Second World War specifications. This staff car can be supplied either in an RAF livery or early war British Army markings, ideal for BEF and Dunkirk.

1942 Morris CS8

A rare surviving example of this British Army lorry. These were used on a wide scale by the British Army throughout the war. Currently in 1944 Normandy ‘Mickey Mouse’ camouflage scheme.

1936 Vauxhall 14 Saloon

A classic example of pre-war British motoring, this car suits many roles from the 1930s to the 1950s including wartime scenarios. Great for Home Front, Home Guard, even RAF and USAAF.

1939 Ariel Red Hunter

A true classic of pre-war British motoring, the Ariel is ubiquitous of bikes of the period. As with all our vehicles it has been carefully restored and is maintained in excellent order.

1939 Triumph Tiger 80

A serious pre-war sports machine that still holds the Brooklands speed record for its class! A very attractive bike with classic Triumph styling.

1951 Triumph 3T

An attractive machine from the post war period in all black with classic triumph styling.

1954 Triumph Tiger 110

First year of production of this 650 sports machine. Striking in shell blue and ideal for and 1950s or 1960s Rocker or Ton-Up jobs!

1962 Triumph 3TA Twenty One

First introduced in 1957 with its iconic 'Bathtub' rear enclosure. A very period looking machine present in correct factory finish.

1965 Triumph Tiger 100

Restored from the ground up by ourselves - an iconic mid 60s motorcycle with classic triumph looks.

1967 Triumph Tiger 100T Daytona

1967 Daytona - a very original British supplied machine - a very desirable sports 500cc Machine with twin carbs, 8” front brake and much more. A pretty bike!

1979 Ford Cortina

Attractive in Jupiter Red with vinyl roof - does it get more 70s than this?
